Work to raise the efficiency and skills of Chamber employees in various fields related to business, marketing and administration.

Identify the skills and capabilities needed by employees and general assembly members and provide resources and support.

Develop training and development policies and procedures within the Chamber and identify priorities and training needs.

Strengthen cooperation and communication between Chamber employees and general assembly members to exchange knowledge and experiences.

Follow up and evaluate the effectiveness of training courses and make recommendations for improvement.

Promote the use of modern technology to improve performance and achieve goals.

Provide recommendations to the Chamber's Board of Directors regarding updating training and development programs.

Focus on developing employees' skills in using modern technology, programs and systems.
