Building on the pivotal role played by Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture in supporting the national economy and serving the business community, the Middle Province Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture established the Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Center pursuant to Article (8) of Decree-Law No. (9) of 2011 on Arbitration, which authorized Palestinian commercial chambers to establish specialized arbitration centers as a modern alternative means of dispute resolution.

The Middle Province Chamber Arbitration and Consultancy Center is an independent non-profit institution, licensed by the Palestinian Ministry of Justice under License No. (13/2020) and pursuant to the Palestinian Arbitration Law No. (3) of 2000. It is a specialized center for conducting arbitration as a means of resolving commercial disputes in accordance with the will of the disputing parties, and includes an elite group of experts and arbitrators specialized in arbitration.

The Center aims to provide a professional, impartial and expedient mechanism for resolving commercial and civil disputes, away from the complexities and lengthy procedures of traditional litigation, ensuring the protection of rights, the consolidation of justice, and the reduction of burdens on disputing parties. The Center also aspires to be a leading reference at both local and international levels, by adopting best global practices and standards in arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
