Develop a plan for communicating with general assembly members and sharing information about their social events.

Coordinate with the Chamber's Public Relations Committee to promote members' social events to the public and media.

Identify social issues affecting general assembly members and develop initiatives to address them.

Advocate for policies and programs that support social development for general assembly members.

Develop and implement social welfare, educational, training and health programs for employees.

Encourage employees and general assembly members to participate in social, sports and cultural activities.

Handle employee complaints and social issues and refer them to the appropriate responsible party.

Cooperate with senior management and employees to improve the work environment and social conditions.

Identify the social needs of employees and develop programs and plans to meet those needs.
